Multi-Generation Family-Owned Business
L & J Turkey Farms began years ago when our founder and CEO, Paul Williams, started a layer farm in his own backyard. Over the years Paul left his small farm to grow his knowledge and passion for poultry farming. With his family along for the ride, his passion for farm life spread to his children. Together, Paul, his kids, and their families are taking all their years of knowledge to come full circle and care for a farm of their own again. Taking huge inspiration from their grandparents, the family believes in focusing the farm on old fashioned, pasture-raised farming with Christ at the center of it all. They are so grateful for the opportunity to raise another generation with the love for hands-on, personal farming.
BEHIND THE NAME L & J
L & J, in honor of Leonard and June Williams. Paul’s brother and sister-in-law, his best friends and biggest supporters. Leonard and June were the perfect balance, Leonard was funny and the kind of uncle you might get in trouble with while June was organized and nurturing, making sure we only got into a little bit of trouble. The two of them always had an open door, helping hands, and hearts full of love to share with everyone. When people speak of Leonard and June it is never a dull story, they loved to be outdoors having fun and sharing lots of laughs. It is our hope to live up to this name, make them proud, and continue to spread love and laughter in all we do.
